10°C = 10min's Submersion

WARNING
ALWAYS seek guidance from your doctor before utilising an ice bath if you have any medical conditions!
AVOID USAGE if you fall into any of the following categories: - Below 18 years of age, Expecting a child, have a history of heart disease or high blood pressure, suffer from diabetes, experience complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, wear a pacemaker, have previously dealt with frostbite, possess an open wound, recently underwent surgery, have epilepsy or any other health concerns or risks.
Engaging in an ice bath can significantly reduce your core body temperature. The submersion in cold water causes blood vessels to constrict and slows down blood circulation throughout the body, which, when combined with health complications, may elevate blood pressure and increase the likelihood of cardiac arrest or stroke.
Adverse Effects
The most prominent side effect of an ice bath is the sensation of intense cold, but excessive time spent in an ice bath can lead to: - hypothermia, frostbite, tachycardia (rapid heartbeat), arrhythmias (irregular heartbeat), allergic reactions, and anaphylactic shock.
Our Recommendation
Despite the potential side effects and cautionary notices, when used correctly, an ice bath can actually offer numerous health benefits! We strongly advise starting with only a few minutes in the ice bath and gradually increasing the duration over time, never pushing your body beyond its limits.
